Our engineering team consists of optical, mechanical, quality, process engineers with expertise in a wide range of imaging applications and technologies and skilled in the design of sophisticated, 4K and above, vibration-minimized, and diffraction limited optical assemblies. Additionally, they have years of experience with illumination optics design, optical alignment methodologies and equipment, performance modeling, yield rate modeling, and opto-mechanical tolerance analysis.
Our mechanical design team works closely with our optical designers to produce fully integrated opto-mechanical systems and sub-systems. Using state-of-the-art mechanical design software, we insure that your lens systems are both technically feasible and mechanically manufacturable. By integrating both optical and mechanical designs we ensure the solution built meets all your mechanical and performance specifications. We also ensure lens precision and performance through extensive testing both during manufacturing and after assembly.

This plan develops a high-resolution multi-object code scanning lens with long depth of field in order to address the problems. It deployed so-called Sun Yang Optics’s unique lens optical design and innovative lens barrel compensation technology to develop an advanced scanning lenses. Such single-shot-multiple-scanning (SSMS)lenses are designed to solve the problems encountered in the current logistics industry with the following benefits

Design notes
This innovative lens features both a long depth of field and high resolution. It can quickly perform simultaneous scanning for multi-object barcodes with different sizes, heights and heights, which greatly reduces manpower and time spent, and improves the success rate of one-time multiple barcodes scanning.
Regular bar code scanning lens
Disadvantages: low resolution, can only shoot a single barcode at one time, shallow depth of field, need to perform refocus when barcodes are at different scanning distances.
